MAIN PART
The main part—comprising the top 5 mm aluminum face sheet seamlessly integrated with the 30 mm thick truss-lattice core—is fabricated in a single laser powder bed fusion (LPBF/SLM) build using AlSi10Mg gas-atomized powder (20-63 μm particle size, spherical morphology for optimal flowability, low oxygen/moisture).
